The 1st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Lifestyle Medicine, which was held on Saturday, November 13th and Sunday, November 14th, 2021, was held successfully thanks to all participants’ cooperation and support.

Note 1: If you have less than 5 days before the test date, you can cancel the test or change the test date for only one of the following four reasons.

If any of the above occur, you must submit an official certification document to IQT before changing your exam date. If you do not come on the day of the exam, you will be considered “absent without notice” and the exam fee will not be refunded. (74USD)

Note 2: The CME required to qualify for the exam is valid for 36 months. Please plan to take the exam within the expiration date.

The Present Will Change Our Life – Lifestyle Medicine: from the world’s view and Japanese view” through an online platform on 13^th-14^th November 2021. (Flyer in English)

The meeting will host important Japanese and international speakers, presenting topics related to their professional experience and evidence-based lifestyle medicine.

JSLM was founded in 2017 by passionate members of the Lifestyle Medicine Global Alliance and American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Today JSLM consists of about 25 members, organizes a monthly journal club to read a variety of journal articles, and this year published a book in translation, “Turbo Metabolism.” From early in Japanese history, the Japanese government endeavored to prevent noncommunicable diseases and promote citizens’ longevity.
